Mrs. Mouna holds a master\'s from Tunis\'s Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management. She has over 10 years of experience in CLA, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning, Adapting, Research, Assessment, Qualitative-Quantitative data, Performance Management, Analytics, Capacity Building, Knowledge Management. She started her career in a market research office, managing quantitative and qualitative projects, followed by monitoring and evaluation responsibilities for a project founded by USAID. She worked for several international NGOs in West Africa (Niger, Mali, Benin, and Comoros Islands).
Mrs. Mouna worked for IOM Niger as program officer M&E between 2019 and 2020 before Covid crisis. She then worked for the National Democratic Institute in Tunisia between 2020 and 2021 as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, managing several projects on elections, municipal stabilization, and political parties. After that, she worked within UNDP Comoros as
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, managing several projects, such as women\'s empowerment, Minigrid, and protection of biodiversity. During six months, she worked as Programme Management Officer (MEL), Stabilization and recovery (Trust Fund) within MINUSMA (Mali).
Mrs. Mouna Ben Krid\'s extensive work experience on several projects and in different countries has shaped her career to become a professional in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning.
