Fluent in French and English, Kevin was raised in Nigeria and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Oregon\'s Willamette University and a Certificate in Development Management from the UK\'s Sussex-based IMA International.
After college, Kevin joined the United Methodist Church\'s Mission Intern Program in Togo and New Mexico before serving with the US Peace Corps in Mali.
In the 25+ years since, Kevin has led humanitarian, development and recovery programming with International NGOS principally in francophone West and Central Africa, including with the UK\\\'s International Service, World Vision, Mercy Corps, Tearfund, World Education and Technoserve in Mali, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sudan, Niger, Nigeria, CAR, Tchad, and Benin, mainly in country team leadership roles in programming, operations and resource mobilization with experience in managing funding support from USAID, USDA, BHA, ECHO, EU, the UN\'s Pooled Fund, and private donors.
Kevin plays piano and is an avid but increasingly slow runner, having completed 5 marathons in the last 5 years in Benin Republic where he resides, typically winning \"oldest finisher\" bragging rights.
